D.O.A Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be authorised by Auspedic prior to return. Any D.O.A Warranty Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Auspedic will pay for the return freight and send a replacement product out with no extra cost to the customer.

Standard Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be authorised by Auspedic prior to return. Goods returned under warranty after 7 days of receipt will be shipped back to Auspedic at the buyer’s cost. All repaired or replaced items will be shipped back to the buyer at Auspedic’s cost. Goods will be repaired or replaced at Auspedic's discretion.
